Yeah, Twilight was my first as well. It was a huge success and I didn't want to stay out of the fun and wanted to know what is all about. So I read it and since then I love reading

My 12 year old daughter introduced me to Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and I was completely hooked! 175 books later I am full time YA reader and reviewer.

Twilight! I was WAY behind everyone else, and by the time I read them I could get all 4 of them out of the library to read all at once, so that was definitely a benefit of waiting for everyone else to read them!

Recently I think Twilight! But of course as a kid I read alot but I don't know if I knew about different genres then like we do now!

Yes, it was Fallen by Lauren Kate. Such a beautiful story. Not as good as Runes though.

My first was The Tree Shepard's Daughter. Gilliam Summers LOVED it. That book opened the door to many more YA books.
